Brake Pedal Soft or Spongy? Fix Brakes Going to Floor with Ease

Is your brake pedal sinking all the way to the floor when you press it? Does it feel softer than normal, or spongy? I have to press the brake pedal all the way to the floor to get it to stop. Even then it sounds bad. If i pump it then it kinda slows down but not that much. ... The pedal went immediately to the floor. No resistance at all. Nada. Nothing. Zilch. No leaks we can see.
