Fuel Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction (P0030) Causes, Symptoms, and Fixes

I hooked up my OBD reader to the car and it gave me code P0030, I goggled that and got the result that my O2 sensor in Bank 1 is bad. My cars code is p0030 and refers to fault in heated part of O2 or bad ECM. I believe the heater part is not working cause car has rough start and runs rough ... Most likely just the sensor.
