Make sure that all the covers for your windscreen washer funnel are closed. This will prevent the fluid inside of your reservoir from freezing over. Try to remove old liquid, buy CONCENTRATE(-70 degrees freezing temp.) and dilute with distilled water. Well, if the "fluid froze" up at 18 degrees, then your -25 degree washer fluid is dropping the ball, so to speak.... OR... Is there: Any chance ...
