Note the grey cover that attaches to the back of the glovebox has some plastic turn clips in them. If you need to release that part thats how you do it. It's ... Its just a vent from the AC into the glovebox. If your AC is on and that vent is open your glove box is cooled. It is provided to cool water bottles and chocolates. It's an alternative to a car fridge that does not consume space.
