Cool Comfort on Every Journey Volkswagen's Glovebox Cooler

If you turn it on the * symbol it suppose to cool , funny thing as i only wear warm gloves ....can't see why i want a cooled glovebox. There is a little rotary knob inside the Glove Box. Turn this so the hole is open. When the A/C is on, cool air is blown into the Glove Box. You turn it to open and close the vent. If you look at a spare parts diagram for the glove box, you can clearly see a vent hose. I have the ambient air package, ...
