Transmission drain and fill using valvoline max life atf at 245k miles on my Volvo XC90 ... Just did a trans fill and drain to flush my old fluid ... ATF+4 is better in every way - higher temp rating, better viscosity, synthetic for longer life. I have run it in my truck, which took Dexron II, for over 60K ...
