Unleash Transmission Power Valvoline MaxLife ATF for Effortless Shifts

I was wondering if you can use valvoline max life full synthetic atf in a 904 trans. Valvoline has chosen not to submit their fluid for certification. Thus, MB does not include it, so it does not meet spec. Period. I ve seen some rumbling on various boards including Allpar about Valvoline Maxlife ATF being suitable for use in Chrysler trannies. The shifting from first to second gear is a bit jumpy/jerky; can definitely feel it “push forward”. All other gear shifting is smooth.
