Ignition Switch Mystery Why It's Playing Hide-and-Seek with the Left?

My go-to fault is always a bad ground. There is a high resistance load in the ignition switch circuit causing the switch to burn the contacts out. 1. Try Turning · Steering Wheel ; 2. Wiggle · Key In The Ignition ; 3. Try Lubricating · Lock ; 4. Check · Gear Shift Or Battery. First potential problem. Could just be a worn key or tumblers... more likely the key. Could be some debris in the key slot. Next, the steering lock. No sound at all when turning the key. The lights and horn don't even work when key is in RUN position. I am assuming a bad ignition switch. I ... check the voltage between ground an the lower left yellow wire on the starter relay (The Ham below reminded me) when the key is in the starter ...
