P0505 Masterclass in Idle Air Control System Diagnostics and Resolution

I keep getting the p0505 code. Everything seems fine, runs smoothly, idles fine. I have been searching for intake vac leaks, but no luck. Any ideas anyone? My check engine light is on and it's throwing the P0505 code out which is an "Idle Air Control Malfunction." I thought for sure by changing out the IAC sensor, ... VSC/OFF, engine light, three lights come on together. kinda scare to me. after i got home, i used the code reader, it's P0505,, idle air control ...
