The error seems to happen before the Jeep ever starts, or the code does not get logged until the jeep is turned off. The check engine light is getting triggered when the PCM is in a closed loop operation. It also means that it is starting to monitor the OS2 sensor input. Looking at P0505, it does list Idle Control System Malfunction. Unfortunately, it is rather vague. There is no separate IAC valve anymore.
