Tackling the P0305 Code A Troubleshooting Adventure

Sounds like it is the fuel injector. Should try and have the injector on cyl #5 tested with a labscope by a mechanic, they can test known good ... The sporadic issue comes with a few various possibilities.. the easiest being the injector is bad. The other not easy part is there is possibly valve leak. I have a P0305 error code.
