Unlocking P0351 A Comprehensive Analysis of Ignition Coil Issues

It started up but running horribly with multiple misfire codes and P0351 Ignition coil primary secondary. So here is what I have done over the past month. The PCM monitors the coil driver circuit for any faults. If an open or short is detected in the driver circuit for coil number 1, a P0351 code may be set. A P035X code for every cylinder leaves me to believe you need to start looking for common power and ground circuit problems. Anybody find a solution for p0351? I cant seem to figure out. I changed coil pack, wires, plugs, pigtail and nothing. Anything helps. The problem appears to be a loss of the "trigger" (the coil driver circuit) to the one coil.
