According to one website it should be a faulty Heated Oxygen Sensor (H2OS) Bank 1 Sensor 1 circuit. Does anyone know where this one is located and a part ... 2015 WRX Base, no mods, 23.5k miles. I currently have a check engine code P0030 on the car, which is the third time I've had this code in the last 2 months. Car seems to drive normally / no limp mode / reduced power. Initial codes found: P0030 - HO2S Heater Control Circuit Bank 1 Sensor 1 P0050 - HO2S Heater ... The code corresponds to the heating circuit of the oxygen sensor. I have been able to find out through other sites that apparently it is a fairly common ... The P0030 is an oxygen sensor heater code. The ECU turns the heater on to heat up the sensor faster when starting cold. My cars code is p0030 and refers to fault in heated part of O2 or bad ECM. I believe the heater part is not working cause car has rough start and runs rough ... I found out why I was getting the errors, the manifold was replaced and the O2 sensor wire where it connects into the wiring harness was not ... Here are all the codes, all of which are for the upstream (front) sensors. He said he disabled the downstream (back) ones. The best thing to do would probably be to try replacing the O2 sensor and see if that eliminates the check engine light.
