Can't Turn Off Eco Mode? Unravel the Eco Mystery

Anyone here know how to disactivate or turn off the eco mode on my 2011 challenger?? I hate it. Idc about mpg so i just want it off and all 8 cylinders on 24/7. Is it as simple as pulling the plug from the switch while ECO is turned off? ... I went through the list but can't seem to find it. Save My car has a pinstripe on it, I think I can remove it easy, but after take a closer look, it looks like it is painted pinstripe. I can't remove ...
