Unraveling the Enigma Diagnose and Repair P0300 Code

This code is extremely vague and lists a lot of things like fuel pump, injectors, vacuum leak and various other things as possible causes. A P0300 is a generic code that doesn't give any indication of the cause (a cylinder misfired for no apparent reason). The CEL should illuminate when the key is turned ON before the engine is started. That's a check to be sure the light still works. I've read it's pretty common with these trucks. Probably is crappy gas. Try 91 or 93 for a few fill ups and see if it throws a code again. The inspection facility determined the codes; Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC) P0300 through P0306 - Cylinders 1-6 Misfire detected as well as ... P0300 code is still present. Today I hooked up my OBD2 scanner and it said I had 2 codes. I was like hot damn maybe a cylinder number to go ... I have a 2016 Versa Note with a P0300 code and running horrible. I replaced plugs, crank sensor, battery, made sure it had good fuel, replaced the intake ... 2008. Altima 3.5 L engine. Just P0300 without specific cylinder number. I know this can be a tricky one.
