Tackling the P2004 Code Empowering Drivers with Solutions

The car threw the code P2004 (Intake Manifold Flap Stuck Open Bank 1). My question is, do I have to replace the entire Intake Manifold or is there some sort of ... It explains it's the imrc valve stuck open bank 1. On some occasions you can see the actuator/spring flickering on idle (which I dont think should happen) The error code "P2004" popped up.
