P2004 Code A Diagnostic Beacon for Intake Manifold Malfunctions

The error code "P2004" popped up. A google search turned this up to be "the intake manifold runner control (IMRC) is stuck in the open position on Bank 1". It explains it's the imrc valve stuck open bank 1. On some occasions you can see the actuator/spring flickering on idle (which I dont think should happen) Hi My check engine light popped with P2004/P2017 codes.
