Firestone won't honor my lifetime alignment on my jeep because it's not stock… terrible customer service at every location I've ever been to ... The best thing they do is offer a lifetime premium alignment package (well, lifetime for your ownership). For something like $170, I have my cars aligned twice ... I went to a firestone before. they wouldn't take my M3 for an alignment because it had 4" of ground clearance and they said it wouldn't go on ... I only ask cause I was thinking of getting the lifetime alignment for $180 here near my house but didn't know if they would actually do a good ... Toe and go is to just set check the toe setting. Full alignment is caster, camber and toe, which takes a lot more time and on these cars some times pushing ... maybe u know this already, but its not a 'lifetime' alignment... you just pay more the first time, then go back to them for 'free' alignments ... Recently learned Firestone offers a lifetime wheel alignment service. Being a stickler for keeping up with maintenance this would seem ... Never performed any alignments in 3 years of UL driving. Is not a big necessity for a front wheel drive car. So here is the problem with the Elantra. Even if a shop adjusts your front toe correctly, the other alignment settings, which are not adjustable ...
