Mercedes Error Code P0016 A Diagnostic Odyssey into Crankshaft Position Sensor Problems

P0016 and P0017 are usually the codes it throws when the balance shaft has gone bad. You could try replacing the cam solenoid first and drive it. It seems like if it's not bad chains it could be the Crank Position sensor, which would be odd because the car starts and idles fine. I am looking for some advice/guidance on the approach for tackling fault code P0016, P00341, P0507 distributed over 3 scans that I am attaching below. 1.
