Unleash the Beast Within 235x40x17 Rims for Unmatched Performance

I am thinking about putting 235x40x17 instead of the stock 225x45x17...I want it a little wider and a slight bulge to protect the rims from curbs. 235/40-R17 tires are 0.57 inches (14.5 mm) smaller in diameter than 225/45-R17 tires and the speedometer difference is 2.3% I'm having difficulty sourcing some other wheels I like but have come across the Advan RG3's which seem to be available. uhcats, if you put 225X45X17 on the front they are a bigger circumference than 235X40X17. The side wall heights are 101mm for the 225X45 and 94mm for 235X40 ... ... rims for the car, either gramlights 57d or work xt7. trying to get a ... Trying to figure out if I can get away with it cause they don't make the tire in the Excact size I would like.
